Tess Armstrong  has been involved in the bail bond industry since 1970. Just like many  companies, this is a family business for the Armstrong family. Tess started working with her parents in their Santa Barbara California business as a teenager.  Her parents, Bill and Mary Lou Armstrong relocated to Allen Texas to be closer to their daughter and grandchildren.  Tess relocated to Allen Texas in 1994 and quickly became involved within her community. Although  she was working in the high tech industry for many years, she realized  her heart was in the bail industry and in 2010 opened her first Texas  location in Allen Texas, serving Collin County. Tess  Armstrong Bail Bonds underwrites bail bonds through United States Fire Insurance Company.  The  company has offices located throughout the United States and is able to  provide services nationwide through associate agents.
